Corewell is right, the Brits are slipping ahead of us. Ironic, isn't it? Somehow along the line, we got complacent and stopped progressing. Worse, we forgot to plant any leaders.
We already have most of these delegated to Congress in our Constitution but they arent self-executing.Consequently, if Parliament sleeps just as our Congress has done, all the Constitutional provisions in the world wont stop usurpation of power by the executive branch.

Amazing and beautiful. I've often thought the British have a more advanced civilization now...while the U.S.still plays cowboys-and- indians.
