The idea of a POW camp in the theater of operations is anachronistic. You'd think if our leaders can't muster the sanity to find peace, they could at least figure out that a troop ship could be retrofitted as mobile prison, and anchored in the gulf. Or do you think there's some ulterior motive for taking the $60M major construction route? Hmm.
