It's time to learn California's voting laws--sufficient to establish residency in San Francisco in time for November's referendum on this vital question.
Corewell--I'm thinking seriously about doing that. I mean, it's not exactly tough duty, living in the City for a few weeks, in support of such a good cause. The alternative: moving a few miles down the coast to vote for Mary Pallant, a strong liberal, to get rid of that idiot/sicko, Gallegly.
In my mind, SF voters need to name their slop pond after Nancy "off the table" Pelosi, replace her with Cindy Sheehan, and abandon Bush to the judgments of history.
A description of Erik's novel, Gaviota, is set forth on Amazon's website for the book. Use Gaviota, a novel, or Erik O'Dowd in Amazon's books search engine to locate the novel. Also, information about the novel can be found at Erik's website: www.erikodowd.com.

Thanks. It's the first outloud laugh I've had in some time. The cover of the New Yorker got a big grin.
