This story ("For Sale: Iraq") on the Baghdad Burning blog parallels the efforts of the Iraqis (Check out the "Fly on the Wall" post below) who arrived in Washington, D.C. just about now, seeking to bypass Bremer's bureaucracy and rebuild Iraq using Iraqis.
